Anthony "Tony" Marrillia – President

President of Bel-Aire Homes, Inc. has 10 years of construction experience in custom home building.  He has developed field staff and overseen all aspects of construction from commencement to completion, leading his construction teams. In this time he completed, the 2004 New Southern Home a 10,000 square foot home for the Southeastern Builders Conference; custom homes in Magnolia Plantation Lake Mary, Pennsylvania Place in Winter Park, Windermere and  Reunion Resort & Country Club in the $650,000 to $1.2 million-price range and several other smaller scale homes, including 4 homes for the Art in Architecture low-income housing project. Tony Marrillia is a Florida Certified Building Contractor, License No. CBC1250260
