B. Michael Kalin – Executive Vice President

 

Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer for the Dye Companies. The Dye Companies comprise a 40-year-old diversified real estate firm based in Winter Park. Services provided include real estate development, custom home building, general real estate services, office, commercial and multi-family construction and real estate consulting. Mike has over 30 years of experience in development, commercial, multi family low-income housing and single-family residential construction, as well as the software development for the construction industry.  In 1995 he joined the Dye Companies, where he manages the financial, administrative and operations for all of the Dye Companies.
