who started constructing custom homes for Bel-Aire Homes. Marlin
Homes specializes in the construction of custom home and renovations
in throughout Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Volusia and Lake counties. Through the years Bel-Aire has been recognized as a premiere homebuilder in Florida for its quality of construction, technology, and customer service. Roy Dye built Bel-Aire Homes into a formidable presence in Central Florida. Roy and Rick Dye have built homes for more than 20,000 Central Florida families and, in the process, built a reputation for value and quality that is second to none.
